What this site is about
We can learn lessons from the lessons of other. We can gain insights from the knowledge of the experts.
Insights, lessons, inspirations and knowledge can come from so many sources - a good book, great movie, religious sermon, a walk in the park, a good friend, or even a friendly voice on the internet. Wherever they come from we all have them to share and to learn. This site is set up as a forum to share them with & inspire them in one another.
Seeking answers to our questions and issues is natural. I hope this site can offer a place for people to share with one another, to learn with one another and to grow with one another.
If you have an insight, a lesson, or some knowledge you feel others would benefit from, please share it with us and become a contributor.
Who should contribute
If you have an insight and a lesson you would like to share, YOU should contribute! The power of one person's words can inspire the world. You could be that one.
Some key demographics of contributors include (but not limited to):
Writers, retirees, subject mater experts, entrepreneurs, sales people, consultants, spiritual leaders, domestic engineers, college students looking to create an online persona aside from their beer parties posted on social networking sites ...but basically - anyone with good insights and lessons that can help others.
We also offer a service where you can reach all of your customers/parishioners/org members/peeps/etc. with your latest contribution.
All you need to do is indicate that you would like an email sent to your peeps at the time you send your contribution. You can also send a little note and a notice of an event/etc.

Why this all got started
I was attending my sister's church in Wisconsin one day, and the pastor gave this amazing sermon. As I was driving back to Chicago I kept thinking about it and trying to remember what he said. It dawned on me how many wonderful lessons are told each week in places of worship across the nation - then they are gone. I thought about creating a site dedicated to church sermons. After spending some time thinking about the idea I realized that limiting it to just sermons was rather short sighted. Lessons and insights can come from anywhere and anyone and be about so many topics. And so insights and lessons was started.
